Shipping & Returns

Every Gaslight Prints order is made to order and produced just for you. Orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your print is on its way.

We offer free shipping on every order within the United States.

Prints ship flat and protected, or rolled in a rigid tube for larger sizes, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your print. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective prints If your print arrives damaged, creased, or with any printing defect, we'll send a free replacement right away. Email us at hello@gaslightprints.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue — there's no need to return the damaged print.

Not quite right? If your print arrived in perfect condition but isn't right for your space, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We may ask a couple of quick questions to help us improve, but we won't make you jump through hoops.

Lost in transit If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your order is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
